What is AdBlue?
AdBlue (diesel exhaust fluid, or DEF) is a high-purity urea solution dosed into the exhaust of modern diesel vehicles. It feeds the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system, which converts harmful NOx into nitrogen and water so the vehicle meets Euro 6 emissions standards.
Which pack size do I need?
10L and 20L cans suit cars and vans on the move; 200L drums work well in a workshop with a hand pump; 1,000L IBCs are ideal for yards and higher-usage fleets. Unsure? Tell us your vehicles and we'll recommend the right format.
What's the container deposit?
Each new IBC container carries a refundable £130 + VAT deposit. Refills for containers you already hold are deposit-free, so you only pay the deposit on extra containers, returned when they come back.
Can I order in bulk or by tanker?
Yes - for high-usage sites we arrange bulk and tanker-delivered AdBlue. Use the Enquire - bulk volumes button for a tailored price.
Can I order for several sites at once?
Yes. At checkout, untick "Everything goes to one delivery address" and add each site with its own address, contact and access details, then choose what goes where. It's one order and one payment, and we save your sites for next time.
How is it delivered?
Online orders are palletised and delivered nationwide. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on volume and location.
